These events provide free screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, and cholesterol, along with vaccinations for flu, COVID-19, and RSV, ensuring healthcare accessibility for vulnerable populations.
Dr. Payton-Campbell’s leadership extends beyond pharmacy practice into faith-based and social justice work. As a National Health Issues Chair for the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary, she has advocated for health equity within faith communities, leveraging her platform to address disparities in chronic disease management, medication adherence, and preventive care. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Sisters Working It Out (SWIO), and other service organizations where she has mentored young professionals and future healthcare leaders.
